Damaged Item and Return Policy
ATTENTION BUYER: OPEN SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF DRIVER!All items must be inspected by the customer immediately upon delivery. If damage is noticed, please refuse delivery if possible and contact Sculptures Direct within 24 hours. All items are insured during transit for the full retail price and a shipping claim will be filed. Please take pictures of the damaged item and crating and forward images to Sculptures Direct at support@SculpturesDirect.com.
We do not allow for returns or refunds. If items are damaged in transit, the shipper will pay for the item and we will re-ship a new one after refund is collected from the shipper.

Shipping & Return PolicyAll of our items are custom made to order and usually ship within 4-6 weeks. This means when you place an order we then have to custom make the sculpture for you and it should be ready to ship within 4-6 weeks. Therefore, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
