The inside of the house is finished. I am now working on the outside. I want to have a small sitting area with Stone garden Sculptures. I am thinking that maybe a small pond would be good as well. I love the idea of the statues outside, they will be beautiful. When my husband and I have finished with the decorating we are going to have some friends over. They will love the garden and small sitting area as well.

I am visiting my sister for the weekend. She and her husband just bought a house and she wanted to show it off to me. The place is beautiful but what I really like is the backyard. My girlfriend and I went on our usual shopping spree. And like usual we over did it at least my girlfriend did. Her husband has been getting on her case about spending money. She had the nerve to buy two huge Stone garden Sculptures. Then she told me she has to figure out a way to get them past her husband. I told her that she is in so much trouble because she would never be able to get those huge sculptures by your husband.

About a month ago my husband and I were out shopping and I saw the most beautiful Abstract Stone Sculpture but it was too expensive to buy. For my birthday a couple of days ago, he got me that sculpture. At first I was upset because he spent so much but then he told me that he found it online at a much better price. That made me feel better about showing the sculpture off to all of my friends and family.

My wife wants to go to Greece for our anniversary next year. I guess she wants to see all the old Stone Sculptures they have. It sounds kind of boring to me, but whatever my wife wants she usually gets. Still I think it may be a good little getaway for us. We have been trying to go on these little vacations at least once a year since all of our kids have grown up and started families of their own.

They have a new exhibit at the museum in town so my wife and I went down to look at it. They had all these new Abstract Stone Sculptures that I have never seen before. I think they were very well done. While my wife thinks that her sister could have down better. Her sister is an artist and does all sorts of shows across the country. She is getting very well known in the art world and even has sold pieces of her work to movie stars.

My wife and I are going to be starting some art classes in the next week. The community center has been starting some new classes in the next few weeks. My wife was going to be starting a water color painting class. I was going to be taking a class that had to do with Sculptures. I look forward to this sort of thing. I have always been interested in art. I just never seemed to have time in the past to pursue it.
Some items I'm buying for my house

This past week I applied for, and got, a home improvement loan. The main reason I got the loan was to have a new roof put on my house. I also wanted to spend some money decorating the interior of the house. For the interior of the house I wanted to buy a bunch of Stone Sculptures. I was heading home on Saturday afternoon when I got a phone call from my friend Doug. My friend Doug is a real estate broker and was having an open house. As it turns out he was a little bored and wanted some company. When I got to the house I could tell that it was on the higher end of the price spectrum. My aunt Harriet was like a second mom to me while I was growing up. She was always there for me and was a good role model. I guess that's one of the reasons why I had no complaints when she asked me to come over to her house on Saturday to help her. I have been working hard on the landscaping for the house that I just bought. I am enjoying this as much as I enjoyed decorating the inside.
