Damaged Item and Return Policy


All items must be inspected by the customer immediately upon delivery. If damage is noticed, please accept delivery and contact Sculptures Direct within 24 hours. All items are insured during transit for the full retail price and a shipping claim will be filed. Please take pictures of the damaged item and crating and forward images to Sculptures Direct at support@sculpturesdirect.com.

We do not allow for returns or refunds. If items are damaged in transit, the shipper will pay for the item and we will re-ship a new one immediately.

If you are unable to inspect the shipment before the driver leaves, please write "Possible Concealed Damage" on the delivery ticket.

If driver has departed, you MUST report damage to Sculptures Direct within 24 hrs. (Monday-Friday).

After 24 hrs. the customer will be responsible for filing a shipping claim with the freight carrier.

Take pictures of the damaged item and packaging and forward to support@SculpturesDirect.com within 24 hours.

Shipping & Return Policy

All of our items are custom made to order and usually ship within 4-6 weeks. This means when you place an order we then have to custom make the sculpture for you and it should be ready to ship within 4-6 weeks. Therefore, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
